中華と言ったら油と調味料をふんだんに使い、豪快に食材を炒めるというイメージですが、ここはなんと無化調。一切化学調味料を使っていないという事で、注文したのは日替わりランチの小エビの炒め物と酢豚、餃子も追加しました。
無化調のため、普通の中華料理と比べると若干刺激は抑えめですが、野菜の旨味はよりしっかりと感じられます。油も控えめなので罪悪感なく満腹になれる中華料理です。店内も広々としていて落ち着く空間です。
