新井薬師前駅の丸十ベーカリーに寄った
帰り道にこちらのお店を発見！
全くのノーマークだったけれど
お店を見てビビッと来て即入ってみた。
かやくおにぎり、太巻き寿司、お稲荷さん、串だんご、柏餅などが
ショーケースに陳列されている。
どれも安い〜〜！
伊勢屋みたいだね。
僕も相方もすでに購入モード。
柏餅漉し餡、粒餡、味噌餡各130円
みたらし団子60円
いなり60円×2を
購入してみた。
◯いなり
味は濃い目。
といっても甘いんじゃなくて
醤油が濃くて
チョットしょっぱい。
普通の人ならビックリするぐらい。
でも僕は好き。
◯柏餅
昼に購入して6時間後の夕刻に頂いたんだけど
すでに餅は硬くなっていた。
余計なものは使っていないからかなあ。
ラップをしてレンジで温めて頂くことにする。
漉し餡も粒餡もしっかりと甘いね。
餅は温め直しても硬め。
粒餡の草餅だけは軟らかいのはヨモギのせいかな？
味噌餡はお子様無理な個性的な味わい。
僕も子供の頃は無理でした。

やっぱり硬めで
武蔵野焼き団子の様な本物の食感。
僕の好きなタイプだ。
こちらで焼き団子売っていたら旨いだろうなあ〜〜
