桜台の湖月庵さんでさくら餅と水饅頭をテイクアウトしました。さくら餅は季節を過ぎていましたが、桜台という地名もあり、さくら餅を販売しているのかもしれません。
さくら餅は、桜の葉に関東風のあんこ入り皮を包んでいます。どら焼きのような皮にこし餡を包んでいます。
水饅頭は、プルプルの餅にあんこを包んでいて、モチプルの食感が堪らないお餅です。賞味期限が短そうですが、一度は食べたい和菓子です。
