今日も練馬駅で所用を済ませた後、
昨日行けなかった江古田駅まで散策を。
その途中、以前見つけてチェックしていた
こちらのベーカリーに寄ってみた。
男性店主1人での営業。
時間が早かった様でパンの種類は少ない。
初見のボクはクロワッサン税込200円を2つ購入してみた。
と、ご主人とこちらのクロワッサンが健康志向だという話から始まって、
パリのクロワッサン、トランス脂肪酸の悪さ、コロナワクチンの危険性、国際情勢ロシア、アメリカの話まで。
ご主人は博学で特に健康に関しての蘊蓄がある様で話が尽きない。
帰宅後、購入したクロワッサン温め直して食べてみた。
手に取るとズシリと重たい。
見た目はクロワッサンの形だけど、
クロワッサンにパリパリ感は無くクロワッサンらしくない食感。
否、この生地はクロワッサンとは言えないと思う。
どちらかと言うとバターロールに近い感じの生地。
口に含んでいると甘みを感じる味わいだ。
これはこれで美味しいけど、
クロワッサンとして購入すると違和感を感じると思う。★3.4
お得度指数は220円／200円で1.10、
まずまずだ。
次回はフランスパンや食パンを購入してみたい。
健康志向に拘っている人に良いお店だ。
