久しぶりにパン屋さんのパンが食べたくなり、ブーランジェリーアボンリーさんへ行きました。江古田と東長崎の中間にあるお店です。
平日の昼過ぎに行くと、私同様パンを買いに来た客がいました。食パンやバターロール、ピザ、あんぱん、クロワッサンなど種類がとても豊富です。天然酵母のくるみパンとクリームパン、パンオレザンを買いました。
くるみパンは、自分の好みの大きさにカットし、トーストしていただきました。トーストすると、くるみの香ばしい香りが広がります。天然酵母特有のほんのりとした酸味とくるみの食感と香りが効いて、とても香ばしいです。ソフトフランスに近い食感です。
パンオレザンは、クロワッサン生地にレーズンとリンゴが入っています。リンゴとレーズンの食感も甘みに、クロワッサンが見事に合わさり、とても美味しいです。クロワッサンにアイシングされた砂糖の甘みが加わり、とても美味しいお菓子パンです！
クリームパンは、丸いパンの中にバニラビーンズ入りのカスタードクリームがたっぷり詰まっています！たっぷりのカスタードクリームの香りと甘みが効いたとても美味しいクリームパンです！
どのパンも個性があってとても美味しかったです。今度はピザパンをいただきたいです！
