世に言う大陸系中華のメニュー相のなかで、どこで食べても必ず中華のあの香り、いやスパイスというか薬膳というか…のあの感じが味わえるものは、この角煮ではなかろうか。逆に言うと八角とか苦手な人は、肉好きだからといって頼んではならない。
牛バラ煮定食：濃い醤油味のソースの中に柔らかな肉のコテッ♥と味が乗る！八角系の香りは結構はっきりつけてあります。肉や油の旨味に依存したソースなので、それもまあよく釣り合ってる。かけごはんタイプの提供なので、ライスでビーフの甘いコテっ♥を増幅して味わう！この定食には麻婆豆腐もついてるのでちょっと飯が足らないくらい充実してる。この麻婆も、あんま辛くはないんだけど、何やら引っかかりのある香りがする。これをパッと当てられるほど詳しくなりたいが、味や香りって2つ以上混ざるとホント判別困難で…ｗ
画像のランチメニューは膨大に見えるが、同一アイテムで定食か麺か、セットかの選択があるという感じの構成。温暖な地方っぽいメニュー相に見えるが、お店の方がそういうことを意識してるかどうかはなんとも。単に何でもありというポリシー（そりゃあノンポリか。最近ノンポリって言わなくなったけどｗ）かもしれないけど、ランチタイムの選択肢が多いのは良いことだ。
