只今、東京都では緊急事態宣言継続中により、お酒を提供するお店に対して休業要請が出ているのは承知の事と思います。
私のよく行くお店の数々も余儀なく休業をしているケースが多いでつ。
でも、そんな中、仕入れ先や従業員の雇用を考え、お酒の提供を中止してまで営業を継続しているお店があるのも事実。
で、今回、私は頑張って営業を続けている焼鳥屋さん「やきとり 鳥つき」に行ってみる事にしましたよ。
お店の場所は西武池袋線の東長崎駅北口から１分程のところですね。
この日は午後５時４分に到着。。。
調べてみると、お店のオープンは２０２０年の１２月。。。
いやぁ～、大変な時期にオープンして続けているんですねぇ。
お店は３０代と思しきまだ若い店主とアルバイトの２人で回しているみたい。
店内は思っていたよりも広く、席はカウンター席とテーブル席を合わせて２８席あります。
私が入店すると、店主から緊急事態宣言の為にお酒類の提供はできないと説明がありますが、もちろんそのつもりで来ているのでOKストアですよ（笑）
◆今回いただいた物
・『ホッピー そと（２７０円）』
今回、黒ホッピーの外だけ、つまり焼酎抜きでいただきました。（ホッピーミーナ、ちょっと悲しい。。。）
私自身、ノンアルのホッピーは人生初であります（笑） f^_^;
・『レバー（１５０円）』
焼鳥は全て炭火焼きみたいですね。
レバーは焼き加減がレアでトロットロ！！ これ、鮮度も良いし、かなり美味しいでつ♪
タレはややとろみがあり、甘みが少し強いタイプかな。
・『砂肝（１３０円）』
これは当然塩で！！
クセも無いしコリコリとした食感がイイね。
・『丸ハツ（１２０円）』
捌いていないそのままの心臓（ハツ）。
これは下処理が大変なので出すお店って意外と少ないんですよね。
で、食べてみると、いきなり肉汁がジュワァ～♪ ヾ( ´ー｀)／
やっぱり普通の捌いたハツとは全然違いますな。
・『ひざなんこつ（１３０円）』
塩で焼いて貰いました。
コリコリとした軟骨が何とも旨い！！
・『ぼんじり（１２０円）』
こちらは鶏の尻尾の付け根辺りの部分。
普通は塩が美味しいのですが、今回はタレでね。
食べると、質の良い脂といった感じかな。
・『煮込み（４５０円）』
煮込みと言っても鶏ではなく、豚のもつ煮。ここは焼きとんもやっているので、豚のモツもあるんですよ。
具は、豚の白モツ、大根、豆腐、人参、こんにゃく等など。
モツも野菜も大胆にカットされています。
モツは下処理もバッチリ。鮮度も良いでつ。
スープは少し甘みのある醤油味。脂っこくなく、スッキリしているので飲み干せる。
・『自家製つくね（１８０円）』
紫蘇入りでナンコツは入っていないタイプ。
肉は細かく挽かれ肉々しいですね。
今回はタレでいただきましたが、これは塩の方が美味しいかも知れません。
結局、ホッピーは２本飲みました。
でも、ノンアルなので全然酔いません。（ホッピーミーナ、ちょっとガッカリ。。。）
しかし、東京都では緊急事態宣言の延長により飲食店への休業要請が続きます。
これから先、一体どうなっちゃうんでしょうか。
大好きなお店が潰れませんように祈るばかりでつ。
