東長崎は月に何度か訪れる町。
繁盛する個人飲食店が目移りする中、
雰囲気とTwitterで気になって
飲み会の下見に日曜昼過ぎ一人来店。
一人飲みからグループまで
程よい落ち着きと活気。
店主さんの絶妙な笑顔が
初めての来店でも安心感を与えてくれる。
Twitterで挙げられていた
焼き鳥ばかりを10種類くらいと
焼き鳥丼を頂いた。
皮が80円、上牛タンすら150円。
なぜかモモは180円、その理由は目にしたら分かった。
原価は恐らく半分位だろうが、
それを全く感じない、絶妙な焼き加減で
味わった事のない柔らかさ、弾力、風味。
モモは、また凄いボリュームで、肉厚で
まさに高いステーキに匹敵にする。
家族に焼き鳥の土産を10本位。
大好評だった。
大切な人を招待できるお店。
店構えは簡素ながら、
トイレが凄まじく綺麗さ最新さだった。
注文はQRコード読取りで自分のスマホから。
顔色を伺う必要なく、落ち着いて注文できる。
料理の提供時は一品一品説明してくれる。
次は焼き鳥以外も頂きたい。
