最近、界隈でよく見かける深谷の卵を使っているというプリン。色からして超濃厚で、味も卵の存在感をはっきり感じられます。卵独特のクセのあるにおいなどは一切ありません。
カラメルも苦さと甘味のバランスがよく、濃厚な味を程よく中和してくれます。
お昼時になると、次々とショーケースに出来立てのプリンが並ぶので、今度は生クリームとイチゴがたっぷり入ったプリンに挑戦してみたいです。
