午前中から富士見台に用事があったため、ランチをBMしていたこちらで。2021年の中華料理東京百名店なんですね。
お店の外観も内装も漆喰のような壁だったり、テーブルもエイジングされていて、少しグランジな雰囲気なので、QRコードを読み込んでスマホにてオーダーするスタイルは意外でした。
入口横や手持ちのメニューには昼御膳2,500円や、日替わり1,390円など、魅力的なメニューがありましたが、麻婆豆腐定食をスマホメニューで見つけてしまいオーダー。
でも出来上がりの皿を見てビビります。
高温注意な天候の真っ昼間、唐辛子がそのままの姿で満載の麻婆豆腐ですから…。
案の定辛いし、熱い…パンチ効いてます。
バスタオルが手元にあれば唐辛子の全てを完食できたかもしれないが、4本ほど残したかな？まあ、汗をかきかき10本以上は食べたけどね。
でも美味しいんですよ。
辛いのは想定内だったけど、麻婆豆腐がなかなかにしょっぱく感じたのは私だけか？たまたまか？熱中症対策の塩分か？
独特の香りがフワッとするスープがうまくて、このスープは感動ものでした。
ハンカチびっしょりのランチ、こちらの麻婆豆腐は今年の夏にはきつかったな。
