源烹輪 （ゲンポウリン）
西武池袋線の富士見台駅から徒歩2分くらい。南口の商店街を1本入ったところに当店はあります。今回は営業途中でランチ時間があったので以前から気になっていたこちらのお店を利用しました。
1階ですが店構えはしっかりしていて、少し入りにくい雰囲気がありますが、リーズナブルな中華をいいただけるお店です。
思い扉を開けるとテーブル席が10席くらい。満席だったので少し待ってから入店をしました。
今回はランチ限定の麻婆豆腐定食と小籠包をいただきました。
まずは小籠包が到着。熱々のままいただきました。濃厚な出汁が凄く美味しい。
次に麻婆豆腐が到着。かなり辛くて一口食べた瞬間から汗が噴き出して来ますがその中に旨味がしっかりとあります。
ご飯との相性も抜群。小鉢やスープも美味しかったです。
また伺います。ごちそうさまでした。
