スープを一口飲んだ瞬間に普通の街中華とは違う何かを確信しました。八角が効いていて、どちらかというと池袋のガチ中華寄りの味付けなんだけど、洗練されたランチというイメージです。シンプルな鶏がらスープベースの味付けも好きですが、色々なスパイスと野菜、肉、魚介類が複雑に絡み合って生み出される独特の旨みが病みつきになりそうです。
