Remarks |
After operating for 12 years in Ekoda, we moved to Fujimidai in 2018. |
I used to go to ``Takeyama'', a favorite Chicken Cuisine restaurant in Ekoda, about 7 or 8 years ago. It was a shame that the store had closed down before I knew it, but apparently it had moved to Fujimidai, and several years later, I was finally able to visit it. While enjoying the appetizer, let's start with Toriwasa. delicious! The fresh chicken is chewy and packed with flavor, the wasabi is effective, and the gravy adds a nice texture and flavor, so you suddenly feel like you can eat it endlessly. But I wanted to try something else, so I decided to Yakiniku (Grilled meat) chicken on a stone plate. Just having three types of meat (peach, seseri, and gizzard) and laying it all over the place gets you excited, but when you eat it slowly grilled, it's amazing and super delicious. The deliciousness of fresh, slow-roasted meat is irresistible. It's also fun to be able to compare the doneness of your breasts by eating them at various stages. The dipping sauce is onion sauce, plum ponzu sauce, and pink salt, and you can change the flavor so you never get bored. Super delicious (second time). I was intrigued, so I tried the ``Numb Chicken with Japanese Pepper Flavor'' and you can choose the spiciness level. It's like cold steamed chicken pickled in Japanese pepper, and it's quite spicy (although that's a strange expression). Beer and shochu are both popular. Come to think of it, the pre-prepared shochu that day was my favorite brand, Kawagoe, so I had no hesitation in drinking it. It's still delicious. The final dish is ``Spicy Tsukesoba with Chicken and Chili Oil''. I only eat spicy food other than grilled chicken. The thick soba noodles, the spicy soup, and the chicken in the soup were soft and delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Also, the music that was playing inside the restaurant was by the Eagles, Michael Jackson, Sting, Carpenters... 70's and 80's rock and AOR, which was the genre of Western music that I personally listened to the most, so I kept humming it while eating the chicken. . I was very satisfied and full, and I reaffirmed that it is still a good restaurant even if it moves. You can go by yourself after work or invite someone, and I'd love to visit you again.
