富士見台駅の近くに住んでいる友達から、
「家の近くに気になるお店がある」と聞いて
休みの日曜日、一緒に訪問してみました。
お店の中には元気なおばあちゃん。
おひとりで営業されているようですね。
事前に下調べをしてお値段もチェック済。^^;
神戸牛のらんぷステーキ130gセットは3,400円。
和風の副菜がいろいろ一緒についています。
しっかり熱の通ったレア焼き加減は
さすがベテラン職人の技、というところでしょうか。
脂の甘みと弾力のある肉感、噛みしめておいしいお肉。
５日間煮込むというハンバーグも２人でシェア。
切断するとゆるゆると肉汁がしみだしてふっくら。
シチューソースも深みのある味わいで
お腹に余裕があればごはんを入れて食べたかったな。
入った時にはまだお客さんがいなかったですが
食べている間にもどんどん入ってきて
帰るころにはほぼ満席で忙しそうでした。
