地域民に愛されている高級ステーキ専門店。
長年、精肉店を営み肉の旨さを知り尽くした女将が１人で切り盛りしている。
町の小さな店だが、時には満員だったり目当ての料理が品切れになっている場合もあるので事前の確認が必要。
兵庫県高見牧場から直接仕入れるA5クラスの特選神戸和牛を使用したハンバーグ。
こだわりのビーフシチューと共にいただくスタイルです。
中心までソースが染み込んでいるので、お箸を刺すとふわふわ崩れてしまうほど柔らかく、スプーンですくって口の中に迎え入れれば、あっという間にほろほろと溶けてなくなってしまいます。
女将の愛情とこだわりがたっぷり詰まったハンバーグでした。
