中村橋に神戸牛を出す店があるということで行ってみました。元気の良いおばちゃんが営んでます。
壁に貼ってあるメニューを見渡すと決して安くはないです。でも、おばあちゃんはハンバーグを作ってる間ずっとウチの肉はそこらの輸入牛とは違うと話してました。どうやらお話が大好きのようです。
出てきたハンバーグは見た目は意外にも普通...。
セットには味噌汁、お新香、小鉢とおばちゃんのお話が付いてます。配膳したら厨房に戻るかと思いきや、僕らの側でずっと『どうだい？旨いだろ？』とお喋り。たしかに美味しいですが、想定の範囲内といったところでしょうか。ジューシーさはないですが、肉の旨味は感じれますし、臭みもない。
結局、おばちゃんはずっと喋りっぱなしでした。
ご飯のお代わりが欲しかったのですが、口を挟むタイミングが見つからない程、よく喋ってました。
そういうのが嫌な人は止めておいた方が良いかもしれません。僕はまあ、たまになら...って感じです。
