不定期ＵＰの遠征シリーズ。（練馬高野台・富士見台編）
輪番制幹事のＯＧＴ４８の定例会、今回は美味Ｂ級さんに富士見台と隣駅エリアを案内してもらいました。
１軒目は、住宅街の中に突然現れる、焼鳥が美味い ごっち さんです。
◆串いろいろ
最初の写真が正肉焼き。結構しっかり焼きながらジューシーな串は、肉質の良さの証だと思います。
次が白レバーと皮。
あまり白っぽくなくビジュアル的には通常レバーっぽい肉でしたが、旨味の濃い串でした。
ササミは結構大ぶりで食べにくさを予感させる印象でしたが、これもパサパサ感が殆どない美味いものでした。
ここまでのキックオフでも十二分に満足しましたが、本番はこれから。
ボンジリは元々ジューシーな部位なのですが、その脂の旨味が一味違います。
一気にテンションが上がり、砂肝とウズラ卵と銀杏を堪能した後は、せせりで〆です。
しっかりチューイーで、でも噛むと旨味が染み出してくる仕上がりは、素材の良さと焼きの技術の高さが揃っていることを示していると思います。
◆大山鶏のからあげ
一次会から腹に溜めてどうする、という突込みが聞こえてきそうですが、これも美味い。
１７時過ぎという早い時間帯だったので漬け込みが浅かったのですが、味はちゃんとついていましたし、揚げも上々。
トータル的に、ものすごく良い（＝原価率の高い）素材を仕入れて、しっかり焼きながらもジューシー感を残す技術も持った面白い店だと感じました。
ということで、富士見台近辺の夜の始まり、はじまり・・・・
