【練馬】アキタカ＠練馬 2012.10.15東京の仲間と久しぶりに会ったので、最近できた唐揚げ専門居酒屋に行ってみました。
駅からすぐだ。
結構テレビで紹介されているようだ。
お店は二階です。
黒が落ち着いた雰囲気を出してます。
メニューです。
これから寒くなってくるのでガッツリ温まる。一人からできるというのはありがたい。
さあ、いきましょう。
お通しのサラダです。結構なボリュームがあります。
とろ〜りチーズの自家製出し巻き玉子。
中はチーズがトロ〜リ。
チューリップ揚げだ。ちょっとギャートルズぽくてワイルドに食べたくなる。
揚げとりかわおろしポン酢。鶏皮の脂をおろしポン酢でさっぱり。
見だくとりたたき。中はレアで噛むほどに味が出る。
スティックポテトフライ。ハッシュポテトでホクホクです。
そしてメインの三種盛り。右から、王道のにんにく醤油、バジルトマトソース、塩しょうが。
にんにく醤油はもうみなさん想像通りです。バジルトマトソースはこれだけでイタリアン風になる。塩しょうがは肉そのものの美味さを引き出すため、素材の良し悪しがはっきりしてしまう。もちろん美味しいぞ。
締めに鶏スープを出してくれます。塩気は自分で調整します。
テーブル会計でこんな風に出てきます。ぴよぴよ。
