練馬駅南口からすぐの雑居ビルの2F
路地の看板にお安いステーキメニューが出ていたので入ってみました。
エスニック料理のお店のようです。
13時半ごろの訪問で、先客3組後客はなし。
ランチメニューから頼んだのは、
肉盛りステーキプレート \890
穀物肥育牛希少部位150gのステーキ、
秘伝の唐揚げ2個、
サラダ、ポテトフライ、
ライス、スープ（どちらもお替り自由）、のセットです。
まず、穀物肥育牛とはなんぞや？ となりますが、出荷前に一定期間大豆やコーンなどを与えた牛のようです。
ブランド名が出てるわけでもないし、希少部位もどの部分なのか書いてないですが、「値段の割に頑張ってる！」って言うのは伝わってきます。
提供までは10分ほど。
正方形の木のワンプレートで登場です。
お替り自由のライスとスープはセルフだったのですが、説明がなく少し戸惑ってしまいました。
ステーキは150gにしてはボリューミーに見えます。
カットされていてきれいなミディアムです。
スジが少しあるやや硬めの噛みごたえで、「肉を食べてる」って感じられました。
ですが、中盤以降は冷めてきてしまって、ただただ硬い…。
肉の旨味とソースでなんとか飲み込みました。
ボリュームもお値段もとてもいいんですが、満足感はあんまりかな。
