地元で評価の高い焼肉屋。
活気があって居酒屋のような敷居の低い入りやすさ。
人気があるので予約は必須の様子。
まずは、つまみのレバーとタン塩。
上タンはすでに売り切れだったのが残念。
赤身はシンシンで特選ロースとしてサーロイン。

ところで、最近とみに感じるのは地元が住宅地のせいか味そのもののクオリティよりも値段の安さやコストパフォーマンスがより重視されて評価をされている印象。

地元開拓の一環として目白通り沿いにある焼肉屋へ飛び込みで。19時までならという条件で無事に着席。
各テーブルに七輪がセットされており、どれもすでに炭が準備されている。
奥の方にカウンター席もあり、こちらでは一人焼肉も推奨され、おひとり様限定の盛り合わせもメニューに用意されている。
肉問屋から枝買いしており、その日のお勧めは黒板に書かれている。
おススメの中から特上ロース。この日はザブトンを特上ロースとして提供。
早い者勝ちという上タン
特選盛り合わせ。これもお勧めメニュー。ヘレ、シンシン、特上ロース、トモサンカク。
和牛3秒炙りは三種のタレ。
キムチ盛り合わせには牛蒡も。
馬に浮気してさくらユッケ。
その後、鶏と豚なども焼いて終了。
なかなか人気があるようで予約をしないと難しいかもしれない。
また七輪なので真上に排煙器があるものの匂いが付くことは覚悟する必要がある。
