The crunchy texture and cute shape of urte are indescribable, and I loved eating it when I lived in Osaka, but I can't find it on the menus of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants in Tokyo, and it's not distributed in the Kanto region. Is it? I thought so, but it was definitely on the menu and I was able to enjoy the nostalgic taste. The assorted meat is low in fat and has a light flavor. The recommended menu item, kashira, is a cut that you don't often see at Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants in town, but it is full of flavor and has a chewy texture. The recommended menu is said to be updated regularly, so you might be able to find more rare cuts.
