I went to Hormone Shop Yon-chan in Nerima. The store is in a great location, 2 minutes walk from Nerima Station! This restaurant has a very rich menu including Yakiniku (Grilled meat), meat sashimi, snacks, and rice dishes! All of them have a strong flavor that goes well with the alcohol. You can also order half-sized meat, so I thought it would be easy for even one person to go. Here are some of the menu items we ordered this time. ⚪︎Sea urchin sashimi Beautiful sea urchin sashimi on the signboard menu! Refreshing, high-quality tongue sashimi is topped with rich sea urchin delivered directly from Tsukiji. It melts in the mouth! ⚪︎Special lamp A thick lamp with a good balance of redness and fat! When you bite into it, the flavor of the meat overflows. Garibata soy sauce is so strong that you can't stop drinking alcohol and rice! ⚪︎ Assorted hormones A very great assortment of hormones. On this day, there are 4 types: tongue, liver, guts, and pork offal! Seasoned with spicy miso sauce, the drink goes well! ⚪︎Beef Cow tongue stew (demi-glace) A stew containing large Cow tongue and vegetables. It seems like it has been simmered for 12 hours, so the beef tongue is very soft!
