モルモットを緊急で病院に連れて行くため
全ての予定をキャンセルして、二日酔いの体に鞭を打ち車を走らせた。
俺の思ったよりも体調は悪くなく、ちゃんとした先生の元きちんとした処置をいくらでも受けられる入院という対応を取れ一安心。
車をわけもなく2時間くらい走らせていた。
ちゃんと家の方に帰らなくちゃ、
その途中、相方がこちらでご馳走をしてくれるという話になり、ありがたく話をもらうことにした。
さてさてテラス席に座り、自家製ポルケッタとズッキーニのビアンコスパゲッティーニを注文する。
スパゲッティはピザよりも時間がかかる感じだったので、メニューを少し見てみる。
ハイボールの値段を見てみると、これならば飲み屋使いもできそうだなと感じる。
夜はイタリアン酒場のようになるのだろうか？
おしゃれ白人のようにオープンエアで酒など飲む経験も良しだろう。
さてさてスパゲッティーニの登場である。
鶏肉とズッキーニ、オイリーで乳化したパスタはアルデンテ。
歯応えのある食感に絡んでくる、ミルキーな味わいが美味しい。
時折鶏肉の味わいの深さ、動物系の旨味も感じられ、食べれば食べるほど美味しいなと思わされる。
ズッキーニはなんとなくパスタにすっきりとした味わいを与える、美味しいね。
食べ終わった後もテラス席でのんびり。
おしゃれ貴族のゆるい時間というような感じが過ごせる。
大変な仕事の後だったから、よりこんな時間が貴重でとても幸せでありがたかった。
