休日のランチに訪問。環七通り沿いにあるお店で駐車場も３台分ありますが、ちょっと狭くて止めづらいです。。
店内席と広いテラス席があり、特にテラスはリゾート感のある空間！ですが、この日はちょっと暑かったので涼しい店内席に。オープンキッチンで料理する様子が伺えます。
まずはドリンク、とメニューを見るとクラフトシリーズなるものがあり、クラフトシロップを使ったサングリアやハイボールなど種類が豊富！ノンアルコールクラフトコーラを注文しましたが、スパイシーな香りと柑橘系のフレッシュさがコラボ、さっぱりして美味しいです。
パスタ一皿目は「甘いさつまいものゴルゴンゾーラクリームソース'ペンネ'〜ナッツのアクセント〜」。メニュー名長いですが、その分料理には手が込んでます。通常の半分くらいの長さのペンネと一口サイズのさつまいもに、あっさりめのゴルゴンゾーラソースとたっぷりのナッツ。さつまいもの甘さとソースの塩気、アーモンドの香ばしさが口の中で一体になります。美味しい。。
二皿目はアサリと九条ネギのアーリオオーリオ。たっぷりのアサリ、そして九条ネギがアクセントに。ソースもきっちり乳化してます。
ピザはパンチェッタコッタビアンカ。生地はもっちり感があり、薪釜ならではの香ばしさも感じます。シンプルなトッピングなので、生地の美味しさがダイレクトに味わえますね。パンチェッタも美味。
そしてデザートも充実。特にリコッタチーズの自家製プリンは、しっかりめのプリンの上にふわふわのリコッタチーズムースがたっぷり！カラメルも程よい苦味で、レベル高いですね。。
お店を出る時には外に行列ができてました。休日は予約必須のお店ですね。
