光が丘IMAリニューアル前は『徳寿』という焼肉屋があって、けっこう気に入っててときどき訪れていた。
が、リニューアルのタイミングで撤退し、この店が入って、今回２度め。
前回は新規オープンだったので期待していたのだが、ちょうどコロナの第１波？と重なってたかな。
メニューが少なめで、味も精肉店直営というわりにはなんかちょっとガッカリしたのだが、
そのときの記憶はなかったことにして再度出向いた。
平日だったけど、夜なのに空いていた。
下駄箱に靴をしまう際に少し時間がかかったのに、店員は席の案内をする準備ができてなかったことに「んー？」と思ったのだが、それはまだいいとして。
肝心の肉だ。これがまた、おおむねイマイチなんだよ（控えめに言って）。
外人が米の上に刺し身を乗っければ寿司でしょ？というような、切った肉を焼いてタレつけて食べてね、みたいな感じで、仕事の気配が感じられない。
そして無料でオーダーできる「わさび」「にんにく」「コチュジャン」が、タブレットの写真とは違って刺し身についてくるようなパックのやつのまんま出てきたことで、ここの店のスタンスを思い知った。
そうか。ねぎタン塩がないのは、そういう「仕事」をするつもりがないってことか？と。
しかもメシ食ってるので掃除機かけるかね普通？
そんで２人で１万円超の支払い。悲しくなった。ノンアルハイボール４杯、梅酒とサワー１杯ずつです。
近くで焼肉食べたいときに遠征しなきゃならないのは残念だが、まぁ再訪はさすがにもうないかな。
