ついに地元に噂の【0秒レモンサワー® 仙台ホルモン焼肉酒場ときわ亭】が出来ていたっ！
蛇口からレモンサワー系はたくさん行っているつもりだったけれど、実はときわ亭はなかなか機会がなく、行っておらず...
表通りから少し入ったところなのに、店内は早い時間から若い方でいっぱいに！

レモンのシロップは10種類あって2種類チョイス可能。
酸っぱい寄りの「つぶつぶ贅沢レモン」と甘い寄りの「はちみつ仕込みレモン」の2種類にしたよ☆
「仙台流塩ホルモン」味付けされたホルモンは焼いて食べるとレモンサワーがどんどん進むっ、これだけで2~3杯いける！
やっぱりこんな時に「すみませーん！」ってスタッフさん呼ぶより手元で飲めるのは最高、まさに0秒レモンサワー♡
ときわ亭カルビは普通だった。
というか、ホルモンと牛タンのインパクトが強すぎ！！
SNSでよく見かける映えメニューの「肉塊レモン牛タン」はレモンが挟まったまま表面全体をしっかり焼いて、切れ込みに沿うようにハサミでカット♡
「レモン牛タンカーペット」はどうやって食べるの？？？と思うほどレモンが敷きつめられていてまさにカーペット。
牛タンよりレモンが多いっ！
塩ダレとからめてレモンと重ねて焼くとじゅわじゅわ良い感じ。
90分入れ替え制だからあっという間だけど、楽しいからアリだし、回転良くてよき！！
サーバーからレモンサワー系だとここの牛タン、圧勝と思う。
