名店金ちゃんをはじめ、気がつくと練馬はもつ焼き屋が多数ある気がします。
そんな中また新しいもつ焼き屋が駅前にオープン。告知が出てから結構楽しみにしてたんですよね。 お店は練馬の西口から本当すぐで1分程でしょうか。 ホッピーセットは500円。でもナカは150円とお得ですね。
アテには煮込みとはつ刺しを注文。 追っかけで串を4本、味はお任せで。 煮込みは黒くてインパクトありますが、味はあっさり目です。
刺しは大ぶりな切り方で、歯ごたえも良くうまいです。
自家製といわれるニラ醤油が良い仕事してますね。
串は焼きがやや若め、タレも塩もあっさりですが中々良いです。刺しもですが肉質が良いのでしょうね。 ここは立地も良いので軽くやるのにちょうど良く、この日はオープン日とあって盛況でした。
何だかこれからが楽しみな店です。
