休日12時頃来た、店内は半分ほどの入り
日本一うまいミートパスタランチセットなるものを注文、約1000円、適切お手頃価格
5分ほどで到着、ミートパスタは底にミートソースが埋まっているので、見てくれはただの生パスタ、そしてもずくスープにサラダ、小鉢が付いてくる
まずは指南通りにソースを絡めずにパスタのみ食べる、バターなのかチーズなのかオイルを帯びていてウマイ、けどこれだけではあまりにパンチ不足
かき混ぜると写真のようなミートパスタが完成、パスタに帯びていたのはチーズだったようで、ミートソースが粘りを持っている
パスタ自体がハイレベルなのは間違いなく、柔らかさと固さの中間にあって喉ごしツルツル、そしてミートソースがとにかくウマイ、ミートの油がくどくない、旨味もガツンと
一口二口と止まらないパスタであるが、小鉢やもずくスープを間にちょくちょく挟むことで、最初に食べた感動を持続出来る、お口リセットは重要
テイクアウトもやっていて、賑わっていたが、これは店で出来立てを食べてこそだろう、言い方は悪いが、鮮度が重要で、パスタとミートソースを混ぜた瞬間からどんどん劣化は進んでいくタイプな気がする
