週末のランチを飛び込みで伺いました。
看板には日本一おいしいミートソースと書かれております。どこかで見た事があるなぁと思い店内へ。
店内は天井が高く開放感があり清潔感もあります。
私は日本一おいしいミートソースとツナ1100円を注文。
10分弱で提供。
店員さんが食べ方をレクチャーしてくれいただきます。
まずは麺から。
チーズが絡まったリングイネでモチモチ食感と若干硬い。
底にはミートソース。
酸味が無く濃厚なソース。
麺ソースどちらも濃厚なので重い。
さっぱり食べたい時はハラペーニョソースで味変。
ツナはティースプーン1杯くらいで風味をプラス程度。
付け合わせのキャロットラペの食べ合わせが悪く不吉な味。
全体的に大味なので若い人向きな印象でした。
後で調べたら代々木の系列店でした。
