"とんかつ三太"は、
新井薬師前にあるとんかつ店。
その昔、新宿にあった"三太"という
衣が特徴的なとんかつ屋と
店名が同じというだけで、
BMしていたお店、、、^^;
閉店間際ということもあり、
先客2名、後客0名。
お店は、濁声のきっぷが良い
ご主人が1人で切り盛り。
カウンター席に着き、
"特ロースカツ"を注文すると、
単品メニューという事なので、
追加で"ライス"、"豚汁"も注文。
その結果、しっかり揚げられた
豪快なとんかつが完成！^^
そのビジュアルとは裏腹に、
肉の厚みはそれほどなく
パクパクいけるが
衣が厚い分、溜まっているラードが
ややくどく感じられた。
とはいうものの、
有料の豚汁もしっかり作られているし、
歴史もあるお店だけあって、
実直で普通に美味しいとんかつ店だと
思いました。
