We went to this Yakiniku (Grilled meat) based on a request from my girlfriend who said, ``I want to eat liver.'' I used to have a half price campaign for about half of the year, but I don't think they do it anymore. Assorted hormones (740 yen + tax) consists of liver, marucho, and striped macho. If this wasn't enough liver, I ordered more liver/salt (390 yen + tax). According to her, she wasn't expecting much from the beginning, but there was one lever that was at a terrible level. Skirt steak with salt (390 yen + tax) and skirt steak with miso (390 yen + tax) contain unnatural fat. The radish in the namul platter (490 yen + tax) had a sour taste similar to namasu, which was perfect for refreshing the palate. She had rice/medium (270 yen + tax), and I had these with the hoppy set (490 yen + tax) and naka (200 yen + tax). Now, some foods, such as hiyashi chuka and stone-roasted Yaki-imo, have a limited season, while others, such as fried chicken and ginger-grilled pork, have no particular season. Which category would Yakiniku (Grilled meat) be classified into for you? For me, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is a summer food. After all, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) means draft beer, and draft beer means summer. Besides, BBQ is definitely a summer tradition. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is like having a BBQ indoors, so I think it should be classified as summer. However, it seems that Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is not particularly a summer food for her. If anything, her opinion is probably more common in the world. But please think again. When Mr. Kanopopai eats Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), he eats it lightly with salt in the summer, and with rich sauce in the winter. I eat soy sauce Ramen all year round, but I only eat salt Ramen mainly in the summer and miso Ramen only in the winter. Because it's more delicious that way. In other words, as a Tabelog reviewer, you have to be conscious of the season when choosing food. One more push for those who are still not convinced. In the world of haiku, Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is a seasonal word for winter, and shochu is a seasonal word for summer. how is it. It wouldn't be strange to add Yakiniku (Grilled meat) as a summer season word.
