ジム帰りに小腹が空いたのでこちらへ。
体重はこれにてプラマイゼロだけど。
早稲田通り沿いにある紫の看板に担々麺と書いてある、店名不明のお店。
以前から存在は知っていたがその怪しい雰囲気でずっとパスし続けてきた。
今回は意を決しての入店。
変形カウンターのみのお店だ。
壁に貼ってあるメニューの短冊も変色して見えないものもある。
担々麺も値段が見えなくて不明。
ボードにはサービスで、担々麺と小ライスで680円なのでそれ以下だと思われる。
今回は、その担々麺をお願いした。
お年を召した店主一人での営業。
先客の微妙に若い？お姉さんも担々麺。
待つこと５分強と早めの提供。
担々麺のスープは泡だっていてなんか旨そうだ。
中央の盛られたひき肉も旨そうだ。
早速混ぜ混ぜして頂いてみる。
うん、濃い目のスープは私好み。
辛味も丁度いい塩梅だ。
スタンダードな味わいなんだけど、ツボはしっかりと押さえている感じ。★3.6
メンマはうす味だけどシャキシャキでいいね。
麺は中細麺でやや硬め。★3.3
普通なんだけど何故か惹かれる味わいの担々麺だった。
看板に偽りなしって感じだ。
で担々麺は650円だった。
ならば、ライスも頼んどきゃ良かったね。
