2月3連休中日の土曜日、高円寺までの長い散歩④
野方まで歩いてきました。高円寺まではあと2㎞ぐらいと迫ったところでちょっと休憩。
駅近くの商店街、周りには晩杯屋他飲み屋さんが多い中見つけた喫茶店のこちら。
注文ごとに、豆を挽きドリップで淹れるおいしい珈琲のお店という看板でした。
ど素人が何言うんだってことかもしれませんが、珈琲はやっぱりドリップがいいというのが頭にあります。
注文を受けてから豆を挽くのも丁寧で良さそうじゃないか。
13時過ぎでお昼も過ぎてこれからゆっくり過ごすお客さんもいるのかと思いきやお一人しかいない状況。
そのお客さんもその後帰られたのでリラックスすることができました。

普段はインスタントばかりだし、たまに入ってもドトール、ベローチェなどだからこういう本当の喫茶店に入るのは随分とひさしぶりだ。
本格的な珈琲だとすでに自分で美味しいと認識しちゃってます。
事実やっぱり風味、香り、苦みと美味しいな。ブラックでいただくのは言わずもがなです。
レアチーズケーキはマスター手作りとなっていました。
確かにほどよい酸味。コーヒーと一緒にいただいて美味しいな。
滞在時間は30分もいなかったかもしれなかったけれど、くつろいで時間以上にリラックスできた気がします。
たまにはいいもんだな。
