スーパーのお惣菜売り場でしか買って食べることのなかったキッシュ。
ついに本格的なお店へ初陣して買ってきました。
一番人気なものをと店員さんにお願いしたところ、これが定番なのですよと
ロレーヌを紹介してもらいました。
チーズとベーコンが入っているもので、300円でした。
これを買って、家でオーブントースターで焼いていただきました。
卵が想像以上にフワフワで、サクサクのタルト生地とにギャップが楽しい。
生地はバターの良い香りがします。
卵とチーズの風味がいいバランスで、ところどころに入っているベーコンが味のアクセントとなっており、
とても美味しかったです。
差し入れとしてもっていったらとても喜ばれそうだなぁと思いました。
持ち帰り専用のお店ですが、とても可愛く飾り付けられていました。
また、買いに行きたいです!(^ ^)
