新井薬師前駅から新井薬師方面へ歩いて、オープンなショーケースが見えるこちらを訪問です。
とてもこじんまりとしていて、さらにとても静かなお店です。
カウンターには、数種類のキッシュが並んでいます。
テイクアウトで「チョリソーのパイ包み焼き」をオーダーしました。
カウンターの奥の厨房で、手作りで作っていることが、よくわかります。
結構辛いチョリソーに、パイ生地がしっかりと巻かれています。
お酒のツマミにとてもいい一品でした。
