別に疲れてはいなかった、でも、語りかけてくるようなセットメニューが気になり訪ねてみることに
〈北京・野方本店〉
大陸系中華にありがちな派手な看板に引目を感じ、今まで見て見ぬふりをしてきた当店（失礼）
高級ホテルに入っているあの北京と無関係なのは間違いない、こちらは西武新宿線野方駅から新青梅街道へ出た消防署の脇にあるお店。
運営は「国鋒株式会社」本店の住所は当店と同じ場所。
飲食業の他には国際結婚をお膳立てする「紅音」という婚活部門もある様子。
ちなみに看板には『FC加盟店募集！』の文字がある。
でも、北京・野方南口店は閉じてしまったから、現在こちら本店が唯一の店舗なのかも。
◯疲れたあなたへ 税別¥1500〈税込¥1650）
（選択は一番搾り中生、ピータン豆腐、八宝菜）
あらかじめ指定されたメニュー枠の中から飲み物、前菜、点心、メイン小鉢をそれぞれ1品頼む、いわゆるお疲れ様セット。
この手のセットものってだいたい¥980とかが相場と言う印象がある、ちょっと高いかな、でもビールの泡が綺麗だから良い。
前菜はピータン豆腐、ピータンは‥味わい乏しいゼリー状のピーを崩した絹ごし豆腐に混ぜていただく、上にかかった辛味噌が無ければ存在感の希薄な小鉢だった。
点心からは水餃子、もちもちした厚目の皮とニラを効かせた餡が美味い。
小鉢から選んだ八宝菜は甜麺醤で仕上げてきた、自分的にはちょっと意外と思える仕上がり。
海老・豚バラ・木耳・若玉蜀黍、人参キノコなどなど具材は奢っていてビールのよいアテ。
と言う訳でビールを飲み干し次を探す。

餃子1品と中生が2杯、ビールの提供を時間差でお願いすればお一人様でも有効活用できそうなサービスセット。
先ほど水餃子を楽しんだので、今度は焼き餃子。
中身は水餃子と同じものだが、焼き目のついた側は香ばしく反対側はもっちり、当店の餃子なかなか美味しい。
〆にお店がお勧めしている坦々麺を頼もうかと思っていたけれど、ビールっ腹になり満足、明日への活力を貰ってお暇とさせていただいた。
ご馳走さまでした。
ビールの注ぎ方と餃子は侮れないお店だった、今さら大陸の方と婚活する必要も無いので、今後もう少し、こちらの飲食部門を掘り下げてみたいと思った。
