都立家政での打ち合わせの前にちょっと時間があったので、ぶらり途中下車の旅。
以前から気になっていたトラットリアに平日のランチタイムで伺いました。
コロナ禍で客足が乏しいお店も多い中、（しっかりソーシャルディスタンスを保った上で）かなりの大盛況です。
黒毛和牛のしんたま（シンシン）を使ったメインが気になり、奮発してＣコースをオーダー！
と思ったのですが、時間もそんなにないので、前菜、自家製パン、パスタ、ドリンクがセットになったBコース（税込1,500円）に変更。
３種類から選べるパスタは「ハチノスと茄子のトマトソース」にしました。
ほどなくして、前菜の盛り合わせが提供されたのですが、これがびっくりの品数！
しかも、どのお料理も一切の手抜きを感じさせません。
旨味が凝縮されたラタトゥイユ、小海老の甘味と旨味をしっかりまとったキャベツ、
色々な部位で食感も楽しい豚の煮凝り、滅多にお目にかかれない鹿のミートボール、
ジューシーな鶏、自家製新玉ねぎのドレッシングがかかったサラダ、フリッタータ、
口直しに最適なホタルイカとジュレがのったパンナコッタ。
客を喜ばせたいというシェフの心意気がビシビシと伝わってくる贅沢な盛り合わせです。
次回は、自家製パンだけでなく、ワインも愉しみたいですね。
前菜に満足したところで、パスタ到着。
見るからに熱々な茹でたてパスタは、ボリュームも満点です。
ハフハフ言いながら頬張ったハチノスの実に美味いこと。
当然ながら、処理は完璧で、程よい酸味のトマトソースとの相性が抜群です。
食感を計算した茄子の切り方もシェフのセンスの良さを感じさせます。
他のパスタも是非食べてみたいですね！
ホールの女性も程よい距離感で、コップの水が減るやすぐについでくれました。
味やコスパだけでなく、心地よいサービスも人気店たる所以なのでしょう。
食後のエスプレッソを流し込んだところで大満足のランチ終了。
自宅からはちょっと距離がありますが、是非とも再訪したい佳いお店です。
