武蔵関駅のイタリアンデリカッセン、ワインとおそうざいのテイクアウト専門店PerLuna (ペルルーナ)の母体です。
先日、Per Lunaに伺った流れで、ちょっと表敬訪問してみました。
L字型のカウンター、テーブル4卓。
・エゾアワビの蒸し焼 (1,400円 税込)
クリームソースで。
・パン
ディルがお洒落！
・お通し (300円 税込)
このボリュームで300円はナイスですねぇ！
・ブガッティーニ アマトリチャーナ
これはハーフでお願いしました。
ブガッティーニは中空のパスタです。
・ボッタルガ(bottarga)
これは、サルディーニャ産の鮪のカラスミです。
話の流れで、「あるよ」的な。
これが出てきたら、酒が進みます。
思わず、グラッパへ突入。（笑）
・CUSUMANO
・CHANTI POGGIOSALVI
・Grappa(グラッパ)
ボッタルガがあったので、これを当てに3種の飲み比べしてみました。
イタリアンの〆にグラッパはフィットします。
料理はまずまず。
ボリューム対価、価格設定は良心的。
主人も去ることながら、女性スタッフが気が利きますね。
居心地よかったですよ。
