15時頃に訪れました。
この時間でも、ほぼ満席でした(さすがは人気店)。
券売機のメニューは〜
・ラーメン 800円
・チャーシューメン 1,050円
・輝道家特製ラーメン 1,250円 等
ラーメン 800円、ほうれん草 150円、ごはん 50円の食券を購入。
好みは以下で〜
麺：✔︎硬め 普通 柔らかめ
味：✔︎濃いめ 普通 薄め
油： 多め ✔︎普通 少なめ
提供です。
スープは、豚骨が確り。でも、味についてはそれほど濃いとは思わなかった。
麺は、ほどほどの硬さ。
ごはんが美味しかった。50円を払っても食べる価値あり。
ほうれん草、海苔で巻いてパクッ。ク〜、至福！
接客が明るく、そして丁寧なことからも好感を持ちました(店主が、接客する店員に「顔、怖いよ」と注意していた 笑)。
