野方駅から徒歩3分、
「ラーメンの店 ホープ軒 環七丸山店」を訪問。

ホープ軒（ホープけん）は、東京都渋谷区千駄ヶ谷に
店舗を構えるラーメン店「ラーメンの店 ホープ軒」、
およびそれを運営する企業。東京都中野区野方に
支店「環七丸山店」をもつ。
豚骨ベース醤油の「背脂チャッチャ系ラーメン」の
元祖の一つとされる。社長は牛久保英昭。
似た名前のラーメンチェーン店「野方ホープ」とは
全くの別会社。「ホープ軒本舗」は独立前に屋台を
貸してもらっていた関係。しかし「ホープ軒」の
南麻布にあった支店が野方に移転したため
関係がないにもかかわらず店舗名から誤認が続く 状態にある。
平日の13時半頃到着のところ待ち人無し。
すんなり入店できました。
ラーメン 950円を注文。
程なく提供されました。
スープは豚骨醤油に背脂と大昔食べた時は
かなり衝撃的でしたが、今食べると以外に
クドく無く、美味しいです。
中太ストレート麺は柔らかめの茹で加減で
スープと良く絡んで旨いです。
懐かしさを感じながら
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
