かつてお好み焼き屋なのにお通しに鯵の開きを提供するエキセントリックな店があったのだが、
一年程度でこの焼き鳥屋へと業態変更した。
そしてリニューアルオープンしたと思ったら2ヶ月後に漏水事故発生。
修理と内装変更で3ヶ月近く休業すると言う、数奇な運命となってしまったのだ。
どうやら無事に復活したようなので、様子見がてら訪問してみた。
飲み物はホッピーセット/白（400円＋税）を注文。
お通しが無い代わりに席代（100円＋税）が発生するシステムなので、とりあえず早く出そうな物も頼もう。
煮豆腐（100円＋税）をお願いした。これなら煮込みに入ってる豆腐をよそうだけだろうし。
しかし私の予想に反して煮豆腐の提供にはそれなりに時間がかかった。
つまりこの店の煮豆腐は注文が入ってから煮込みの鍋に豆腐を入れ、
ある程度味がしみたタイミングで提供してるのであろう。
青ネギも乗っていたし、100円の料理と考えれば十分な手間だと思う。
ナカ（250円＋税）をお代わりしつつ、
焼き鳥のやげんなんこつ（130円＋税）と、手羽先（130円＋税）を注文。
手羽先はまったく捌いてない状態での提供（写真一枚目参照）。
一緒に新しいおしぼりも供されたの手づかみで食べても問題無い。
なので別に捌かなくてもいいとも言えるが、それなら別に串に打たなくてもいいと思う。
焼台の上に網を置いて、この手羽先を乗っけた方が効率的だろう。
さてこの店なのだが焼き鳥が主体の居酒屋なので、焼き鳥の持ち帰りにも対応している。
それ自体は珍しくもなんともないのだが、問題なのが消費税だ。
店内で食べれば消費税10％、持ち帰りの場合は消費税8％。
焼き鳥で飲んでたお父さんが、家族のために焼き鳥を何本かお土産にしようとすると、
別々に計算せねばならずレジがとても面倒くさい。
しかしこの店の場合、持ち帰りの場合は容器代として2％と頂戴しますと宣言している。
これでレジは全部10％で計算していいわけだ。
なかなかナイスなアイデアだと思ったのだが、税金を申告する時はどうしているのだろう。
