「体調が悪いので夕飯は各自で済ませて」と嫁さんから家族へグループLINE。
こんな事は滅多にないので心配だけど、外で夕飯を食べるチャンスが巡ってきた。
どこで食べる（飲む）かな～？
コロナ禍なので飲める店はとても限られている。
とりあえず新井薬師の街に繰り出した。
駅前の中華に入り
「ビールは飲めますか？」と聞くと「飲めません」とつれない返事…
仕方がないここは諦めよう。
裏通りに入ると、前から行ってみたいと思っていた焼き鳥店が営業していた。

「いらっしゃいませ～！」
店長の元気の良い声に迎えられた。
1人なのでカウンター席に…
赤星の大瓶を注文すると、QRコードが印刷された紙が届き…
女性スタッフから「スマホで注文お願いします」と言われた。
コロナ禍ならでは、というか。
これから先はこういった注文の仕方が増えて行くんだろうね。
“注文を取りに来てくれた女の子をからかう”なんて事は、2度と出来なくなるのかな？
一抹の寂しさを感じながらQRコードをスキャン。
好きな食べ物をスマホからオーダー。
オーダーしても「ありがとうございます」の言葉は無く、眈々と料理は作られていく。
う～ん、やっぱり昭和のオッサンは口頭で注文して…
「ありがとうございます」
「○○注文頂きました～！」
「はいよ～、ありがとうございま～す！」
てな感じで、酒場の活気を体感したいなぁ。

テレビでオリンピックを見ていると次々と料理が届いた。

ヴアツいタンはシャキッとした歯応え。
噛み締める度に旨みが湧き出す。
◆かしら（タレ）￥130
プリッとした弾力。
たっぷりの肉汁が口いっぱいに広がる。

◆もも（タレ）￥180
弾力があって柔らかなモモ肉、旨みがギュッと詰まっている。
ここのタレは甘さ控えめでウマい。
◆つくね（タレ）￥180
表面は炭火で香ばしく、一口食べると柔らかくふわふわな食感。
口の中でホロリと崩れる軽めの味わい。
◆ささみ（ワサビ）￥150
柔らかくさっぱりとしたコク。
素材の美味しさを生かしているので味つけは控え目。
山葵とささみの組み合わせは神だね。
◆ポテサラ カレーたくあん￥380
ポテサラの上に千切り沢庵がトッピング。
その上にカレー粉が振りかけられている。
（こりゃ絶対にウマいヤツだ♪）と思いながらパクリ…
ＵＭＥＥＥＥＥ～♪
思った通りの味わい、カレー風味と沢庵のコリコリした食感がGood。
これは絶品、良いアイディアだと思った。
ホッピーの焼酎が特徴のある風味だったけど焼き鳥がウマかった～♪
他にも食べてみたい料理がいろいろあったので再訪確実。
「また来たい！」 という気持ちにさせてくれる店だ。
嫁さんの体調が戻ったら、一緒に行こうかな。
