日常使いに便利な焼き鳥屋。但し、早めの時間じゃないと売り切れ多発…苦笑。
休日の夜に2人で訪問。
近所なので、何度も訪問してます！
特に新井薬師駅前は再開発が始まるため線路沿いの店は軒並み退去しており、お店の選択肢が…汗。
18時過ぎで7割位の入り。
空いているテーブル席へ。
当店も流行りのQRコードを読み取り、オーダーする非接触型を取り入れいます！
まずは生ビールとどんぐり、ハムカツ、串系は丸ハツ、ヤゲン軟骨、セセリをオーダー！
こちらのお店は単価が特別安い訳では無いのですが、外れが無く、何を頼んでも美味しいんです！
特に串物は、鮮度もよく、ポーションが大きく食べ応えもありおすすめです♪
必ず頼むのは丸ハツとヤゲン軟骨！
丸いハツは当店以外では、あまり出会うことのない一品で、臭みはなく、凄いジューシーでハツの概念が覆されます！
ドリンクは男気シリーズなるデカジョッキが飲兵衛さんにはおすすめ！
私は2杯目以降は、男気角ハイで気持ち良くなるのが定番！
今日も沢山飲んで食べて7千円位♪

As the name suggests, this restaurant mainly serves skewers and is delicious. I thought I'd introduced eel to the menu a while ago, but now I've added sashimi! A bitter smile that I hope it doesn't turn into Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Inspecting the new menu today! ? Also visited. After 7pm on weekdays, about 40% of customers were there. First, I ordered a draft beer and the new sashimi platter, along with a thick-sliced ham cutlet. For some reason, the standard skewers were out of stock, so I ordered bevel cartilage and seseri with salt. The sashimi platter includes yellowtail, octopus, large shrimp, and salmon roe, and is a good value for money at 900 yen! Other than the shrimp having a slightly fishy smell, it was fresh and delicious! The Unzen ham cutlet is smaller than the others, so I think a regular ham cutlet would be fine. Kushimono is consistently delicious! I switched to a Kaku Highball and ordered the Cartilage Soki, which is also new to the menu. Or just a regular ham cutlet! The cartilage soki had a strong flavor and was stewed to a creamy consistency, and it was delicious and went well with alcohol.We stayed there for about an hour and a half. Thank you for the meal♪
