今回は大衆価格でいただける美味しい焼鳥屋さん「やきとり 大森屋」でボッチ呑みをする事にしました。
このお店はネットで偶然に見つけたのですが、かなり引き付けられるものがあったんですよ。
なんかね。ビビッと来ました（笑）
お店の場所は西武新宿線の新井薬師前駅から1分程のところですね。
この日は午後4時56分に到着。。。
ここは大衆的な焼鳥屋さん。豚をメインにしたモツ焼き屋さんとは違います。
お店の創業は2019年の10月。。。
野方には同じ店名の姉妹店があり、東長崎にも「やきとり 鳥つき」という姉妹店があります。
実は「やきとり 鳥つき」には以前行ったことがあるんですよね。
早速、お店に入ると、既に4割ほど席が埋まっている。。。
えっ！って思いましたが、ここは平日でも午後3時から開いているみたい。
席はカウンター席とテーブル席があり、合わせると24席あります。
実に居酒屋さんらしい佇まいで落ち着くね。
◆今回いただいた物
・『生ビール（450円）』
ここ、ホッピーもあるけど、最初はビールだなww（ホッピーミーナ、大激怒！！）
・『レバー（150円）』
焼き加減はミディアムでバッチリ！！
備長炭で丁寧に焼かれています。
タレは少しとろみがあり、ビターで私好み♪
・『丸ハツ（150円）』
これは捌いていないそのままの心臓（ハツ）。
鮮度に自信が無いと出せない代物ですよね。
で、食べてみると肉汁がジュワァ～♪ ヾ( ´ー｀)／
捌いた普通のハツとは全く違いますな。
・『ホッピーセット（黒） 430円』
ここでホッピーにチェ～ンジ！！ （*￣ー￣）ノ彡☆ ピッ！
・『冷製砂肝ポン酢（200円）』
湯がいた砂肝にポン酢たっぷりの大根おろしが乗ります。
ボリュームも串2本分以上あるんじゃないかなぁ。
これで200円は安いね。
・『もも（280円）』
これはデカいし、重い！！
肉はとてもジューシーで炭の香りが良いですな。
これは絶対に食べるべき1品だと思います。
・『ささみ（150円）』
味は、わさび、柚子胡椒、梅の3種類から柚子胡椒をチョイス。
ささみは中まで火が通ったタイプだけど、焼き過ぎという訳ではなく絶妙な焼き加減ですよ。
お客さんの中には生っぽいのはダメという人もいますからねぇ。
・『ハラミステーキ（230円）』
これ、串焼きスタイルなんだけど、無茶苦茶デカい！！ そして、無茶苦茶重い（笑）
焼き加減はミディアムですね。
ハラミには、大根おろし、ねぎ、白胡麻、フライドガーリックが乗り、味はポン酢でさっぱりと・・・。
いやぁ～、これは美味いねぇ～♪
・『月見つくね（280円）』
ナンコツ入りの鶏つくね。。。
コリコリとした食感が心地良いね。
また、ビターなタレと卵の黄身がバツグンに合うんだな。
・『ポテサラ カレーたくあん（280円）』
カレー粉を塗したたくあんがたっぷり！！
ポテサラ自体は実にシンプルなんだけど、カレー味のたくあんが絶妙に合う。
ポテサラ、カレー、たくあん・・・。
この組み合わせを思いついた人は天才だと思う（笑） f^_^;
・『トマトサワー（380円）』
さぁ～て、お邪魔してから早くも2時間。
これを飲み終えたら帰ると致しましょう。
しかし、良いお店をまた見つけちゃったな。
