コロナ禍でもテイクアウトで賑わっていたテリー伊藤さんの唐揚げ屋さんが退去したあと、何が出来るのかな？と思っていたら、先月ホルモン系焼肉屋さんがオープンしました。都立家政で『肉の火星』って（笑）
平日の夕方早い時間帯だったので先客はなく、１番奥の壁に向う席に誘導されたけど……なんかいきなり閉塞感あり。誰も居ないんだから「お好きな席にどうぞ」で良くない？
初入店だったので店員さんにオススメを尋ねると、数量限定メニューにまるで書道の先生が使うみたいな朱色の筆ペンで書き込みしながらを説明してくれました（笑）

？？何それ？？って興味本位でオーダーしたところ
最初に登場したのが黒いサワー
確かに強烈なビジュアル
味はレモンサワーなんですけど………ビミョー（笑）
一皿目の和牛MIXの提供の際には、店員さんが『まず5秒、裏返して5秒、次に15秒…………』と焼き方をレクチャーしてくださる丁寧な対応。
でも………自己流で好きなように焼いちゃいましたけど（笑）
厚切りレバーも厚切り牛タンもホントに厚みがあって、メニューネーミングに偽りなし
良い感じでお腹いっぱいになりました。
