店のルールとして、レジ近くの一番奥の席には厨房の出入りの妨げになるため座らないこと。 |
うどん百名店に選出されているお店です。
店内はコの字型カウンター席のみのこぢんまりとした空間でした。
店主と見られる方のワンオペでした。
見た目より丁寧な接客でした笑
肉汁うどん450gを注文しました。
注文してから10分くらいで提供されました。
麺は太めのちぢれ麺でやや粉っぽさが残っている剛麺でした。
豚肉は多めで柔らかくて美味しいです。
出汁は甘めの味でしたが、麺がガシガシ系でちぢれ麺なので良く絡むのでバランスがいいです。
最初の方は美味しかったのですが、
兎に角、ボリュームがあるので腹一杯になり味変もできないのでひたすらうどんを食べる感覚になっていきました笑
ハーフサイズの量とかあれば良いかもって思いました。
たまたま、食べきれず持ち帰るお客さんもいましたので、家族連れや女性の方にはボリュームが多いかもしれません。
ガシガシ系のうどんを腹一杯食べるお店としては良いお店です。
次回は、肉つけうどんを食べてみたいと思います。
