店のルールとして、レジ近くの一番奥の席には厨房の出入りの妨げになるため座らないこと。 |
休日のランチ、地元近隣で食べログ検索すると、二駅先にうどん百名店を２軒も発見。
どちらも武蔵野うどんのお店らしいですが、先ずはこちらの正太郎うどんさんに初訪問。
こじんまりとした構えで、席はカウンターのみの10席。ちょっと武骨そうな店主さんですが、お話ししてみると実はやさしい。
並みでも450gとかなりの量がありますが、少な目も出して頂けますが、それでも350gくらいだとか。小学生くらいの女の子とお父さんには、大盛をシェアでつけ汁2つを提案されてました。やさしい気遣いです。
大皿で出てくるうどんは、自家製手打ちのゴリゴリなホンモノの武蔵野うどんです。塩だけで打ってるのでしょうか、麺に良い具合の塩味が感じられます。極太で堅めの麺は口に入れすぎると咀嚼するのに疲れるゴリゴリ感。やっぱり武蔵野うどんはコシと表現するのは申し訳ないくらいの堅さがいいですね。
薄めのバラ肉がたくさん入った濃い目のつけ汁も麺に合ってます。
ワシワシと食べ進めて、450gも案外ペロリです。
たいへん美味しくいただきました。
