店のルールとして、レジ近くの一番奥の席には厨房の出入りの妨げになるため座らないこと。 |
うどんeast百名店、ボリュームある汁、つけうどんが人気。
11時開店なのに、10時35分でのれんがかかってて入店できた。聞くとやってる時にお湯わかしおわってたら、入ってもらっていいそう、だいたい20分前には開店してるそう、ちょっと嬉しい。
麺がちぢれててコシがあり、わしわしと食べれる。
ぶつぶつとキレてるけど美味しい。
特徴的な麺を450gという多めの量で並盛り。
汁の出汁はうすめのカツヲブシ出汁で美味しい。
ネギ、胡麻すり器で追加できる。
ただいま肉つけめんで目下800円とコスパよし。
夏はつけめんが人気だそうです。
5月10日からは値上げする案内がありました。
