この日は丁度旅行から帰ってきて旅の最後はお肉で〆ようと思い色んなお店を探していたら帰宅途中に遅くまでやっているこのお店があったので寄ってみました。
1人だったのですがカウンター席もあったので一人でも気軽に入ることができます
今回注文したメニューは、

こちらのお店のカルビは厚切りになっていてサシも少なくどちらかというとロースに近いカルビになっています
肉厚で食べ応えがあり個人的にはとても好きなカルビでした
◆山陽ロース
ロースはカルビほど厚さはなく赤身が多く美味しかったですが、個人的にはロースを食べるのであればカルビの方がおススメですね
◆山陽ハラミ
こちらのハラミは適度にサシが入っていて赤身とのバランスが絶妙でかつ肉厚でありジューシーなお肉です。
◆山陽サガリ
ハラミと似たような部位ですがハラミよりも赤身が多くあっさりと食べられるお肉でした
◆牛ハツ
〆はハツを頼みました
想像していた倍の大きさのハツが来て驚きました
大ぶりなハツでしたが身がしっかり引き締まっていてコリコリの食感がたまらなく美味しいハツでした
▼コスパ高い焼肉問屋
どのお肉も焼肉問屋ならぬ低価格で高品質なお肉でした
中でも山陽カルビ、山陽ハラミ、ハツは飛びぬけるほどの美味しさでした！
肉だけでなく海鮮もありますがそちらも500円前後で食べることができます
1人でちょっと寄って食べるのもよし、家族とガッツリ食べるのもよし
色んなシチュエーションで気軽に来られるのがこちらのお店のいいところ。
