なんでも美味しく、コスパもよいので、スタンダードな焼肉が食べたい時によく利用します。しょっちゅう行くので初投稿らしくてびっくり。
なに頼んでもすぐ来るのですが、とりあえずオイキムチかカクテキとナムルとタン塩に乗せたいネギみじん切りを頼むのが定番。上タン塩とハラミの塩がお気に入りです。ハラミはすごく柔らかくてジューシーなのに肉っぽさもあって満足度高いです。
ホルモンは味噌もいいけど今回は塩で食べてみたら塩ダレとホルモンの旨みがとてもよく合って次またリピートしようと思いました。ミノはピリ辛がおすすめです！
酒はちょっとバラつきますが基本的に薄くなくて嬉しいです。ドリンクも頼んだら混んでても結構すぐ来ます。
山陽さがりは希少部位と書いてある割にお安いのですが、肉っぽさと柔らかさのバランスが絶妙で美味しいです。豚軟骨も大きくてコリコリ食感も強く、お酒のアテにもピッタリでした。
番外編で言えば椎茸が大きくて肉厚なのと、にんにくのホイル焼きは最高ですが時間かかるので先に頼むのをおすすめします。
冷麺はかなりシンプルでパインも鶏ハムも固茹で卵もなんとも言えない感じなのですが、ここの弾力の強い麺が好きなのでいつも頼みます。
席はカウンター、ボックスのテーブル、団体にも対応できるお座敷があります。いつもファミリーも多いので賑やかですが、焼肉屋ってこうだよなといった雰囲気です。店員さんは外国の人が多く、効率良くて良いです。
ガムが最近すごい色の飴に変わりました。
